To students: Our calender

Our fiscal year begins in April. The Spring Semester is April to July, while the Fall Semester from October to mid February. The following is the major events at Department of IEAS.

April: Entrance ceremony and course guidance

Early May: Midterm thesis presentations for the second-year students who have enrolled in October.

Late July: Final thesis presentations for the second-year students who have enrolled in October.

August-September: Summer holidays

Mid-September: Degree-awarding Ceremony

October: Entrance ceremony and course guidance, IEAS Study Tour (2 days trip)

November: School Festival "No-Ko-Sai", Midterm thesis presentations for the second-year students who have enrolled in April.

Late December to early January: Winter holidays (2 weeks)

Mid February: Final thesis presentations for the second-year students who have enrolled in April

Late February to March: Spring holidays

Late March: Degree-awarding ceremony
