The Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately-Financed International Students
This is a scholarship program for self-financed international students run by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
Monthly amount of scholarship is 48,000 yen for graduate students and 48,000 yen for undergraduate students.
About Monbukagakusho Honors Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students
Students who wish to receive the scholarship should apply for registration in April (first semester) and October (second semester).
*The specific application schedule will be announced on the bulletin board of TUAT education system "Sirius".
Each faculty conducts an interview and document screening. After recommendation ranking is determined by TUAT, students who meet the requirements for recipients from the top-ranked applicants are recommended for the scholarship.
