衆議院文部科学委員会に参考人として出席しました
Attended the House of Representatives Committee on Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology as a reference person
国立大学法人法の一部を改正する法律案（内閣提出）の審議にあたり、参考人として衆議院文部科学委員会に出席しました。
私からは、新万博体育_万博体育官网-【官方授权牌照】がガバナンス改革に全力で取り組むとともに、財政基盤構築に対して自律的に取り組んでいる大学であることを説明するとともに、法人の長である学長の信念と責任ある判断と行動こそが重要であること、国立大学の経営力強化に向けて規制緩和等を盛り込んだ今回の制度改革は時宜を得たものである旨を発言しました。
During the deliberations on the bill to partially amend the National University Corporation Act (submitted to the Cabinet), I attended the Committee on Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of the House of Representatives as a reference person.
I explained that Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology is a university that is making every effort to reform its governance and is working autonomously to build its financial base.
In addition, I stated that the president's convictions, responsible judgments, and actions are important, and that the reform of the system, which includes deregulation and other measures to strengthen the management capabilities of national universities, is timely.
