Click on
the "class site"
you want to manage with the gradebook, then click on
"Gradebook"
on
the "Outline screen."

you can see a list of all the grades you are managing.

Adding ungraded assignment scores to the gradebook in the LMS
To create a new gradebook, click on "Add Gradebook Item" on the screen.

"Title"
...Title of the gradebook.
"Score allocation"
: The maximum score that can be achieved for a test or report that is covered by that gradebook.
"Deadline date and time"
"Disclose items to students"
...Select this if you want to make the gradebook you are creating available to students.
"Include this item in course grade calculation"
... Select this if you want the results of this gradebook to be reflected in the grade for the entire lecture

Once you have completed entering the information, click the
"Create"
button at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking this will display all the grade items you have created so far. If you want to register a score for each student, enter the score in the cell where the corresponding grade item and the student's name intersect. Once you
have completed entering the score, it will be automatically saved and applied.

Assigning score grades
Click "Settings" at the top of the screen and open "Grade Schema" , where you can match scores with grades, for example, S: 90-100, A: 80-89.
There are several presets for how grades can be assigned, which can be selected from the menu next to 'Grade type'.
“Letter Grades”…S, A, B, C, D.
"Letter Grades with +/-"...Divided into more detailed categories such as A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, etc.
"Grades Point"...numerical evaluation.
"Pass/Not Pass": Two levels: pass or fail.
After selecting a preset, click "Save Changes" to save the changes .

(Example) When "Grade Type" is set to "Letter Grades"... S, A, B, C, D

Export grading data
You can export scores in CSV format by clicking "Import/Export" on the screen.
